Welcome to the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) Department. It’s a newly formed department of the milk union. Its erstwhile name was Management Information System (MIS) department which was changed to PME in the year 2022. The vision of the department is “Monitoring for Success and Excellence” and its mission is “to objectively and timely inform all the stakeholders for proper decision-making.”   We collect, collate, analyze and share milk union’s data and information to the concerned stakeholders in time which helps in proper allocation of resources and timely decision making. Thus, we contribute to the overall functioning and success of the organization. We assure to serve the milk union in the best way possible.
